Groom Barber on Locust

Joe, the owner, and Sal, provide a great service at a fair, reasonable, cost! I personally have my hair styled and cut by Joe. He is like an artist and pays close attention to detail. Sal's chair is never empty. The shop plays great relaxing jazz in a very friendly atmosphere. I've never left without a great haircut, or feeling energized.
